It's almost time! Here's all the details for our special day on
July 12, 2026

CEREMONYBelair House, Exeter at 3pm

Exeter County Hall, EX2 4QX
please arrive by 2.30pm

We would love to celebrate with everyone, but the ceremony venue has a strict capacity limit. If you have already RSVP'd for the ceremony, we look forward to seeing you there.

PARKING

Entry to the visitors’ pay and display car parks are via Topsham Road.
But - good news - charges only operate Monday to Friday. Though to absolve ourselves of any responsibility, please double check in case the council suddenly wants to find some new income.
There are 96 spaces, which includes two disabled spaces.
The venue say this is normally sufficient, but parking cannot be guaranteed, and you should allow enough time to find alternative parking if necessary.
The entrance (white door with pillars at entrance) is at the back of the building next to the clock tower.

RECEPTIONQuayside Distillery from 5pm

60a Haven Road, Exeter, EX2 8DP

We can't wait to see all of you here - the venue has all sorts of drinks and will be serving fresh pizza throughout the night.
Let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies here

PARKING

Our suggested parking are council-run long-stay at either Haven Banks Car Park ONE or Haven Banks Car Park THREE. Note that Haven Banks Car Park TWO is locked at 8pm. For more confusion, there is also a Haven Banks Retail Park Car Park is NOT a council car park and while it is closest, it has a maximum stay of 4 hours.

Dress Code

We do not mind at all what you wear. Your choice of clothing is not going to ruin our day and we want you to be comfortable.
But we understand some people want some guidance. We will be in fairly traditional wedding clothing - white dress and a suit. You can probably guess who will be in the dress. But don't bet on it. Best men will be in suits, bridesmaids in dresses. But be you. If you're unsure, maybe go "smart casual". But if you want to turn up in a Hawaiian shirt and shorts, go for it!

Order of the Day

Here is a rough set of timings for the day. But we want to stress that these are very loose and don't be surprised if they go out the window.3pm Ceremony (max 30 mins)
5pm Guest Arrival at Reception
5.30pm Bride & Groom Arrive
6.30pm Speeches
7pm Cake Cutting & First Dance

Carriages 11.30pm

Please be aware that while Uber does exist in Exeter, it is not like requesting an Uber in most big cities in the UK or the rest of the world. It is a fairly new service to Exeter and last we heard there were only 5 drivers.
The city is largely reliant on Apple Taxis which has something of a monopoly. However, we've had our own bad experiences with them - including letting us down on a pre-booked airport trip so we would totally recommend calling them instead of using their app. They are on 01392 666666.
Highest rated on TripAdvisor is Andrew Mills Taxis on 01392 253588 but we have not used them.
Epic Taxi Exeter have great Google Reviews and are on 01392 984911 - again we haven't used them.

The whole vibe of the day is just very relaxed so don't stress about anything. We will try and do the same!
If we have missed something (likely) then don't be afraid to drop us a message!

We can't wait to see you x
